DataPortability encompasses the suite of technologies that make your Internet more open, social, and all kinds of mashed up, and due to some prickly legal issues with Red Hat that nobody really cared to deal with they’ve having a contest to find a new logo. After talking with co-founder Chris Saad and agreeing that evangelism is one of the most critical components to adopting new ideas, we’ve worked out a deal to welcome the new logo on the chests of all the beautiful Startup Schwag subscribers next month. So if you’re not already familiar with the project, check out this video and get ready to help represent one of the most important initiatives associated with Web 2.0. But voting for the logos is only open until 11:59 PST tonight, so hurry!

I’d vote for #2, the rest don’t inspire me. Please don’t send another bright green shirt, at least not this month

So Yosef gets a bright green, check. Haha.
Chris you’re going to get a bunch of shirts =) I’m still amazed someone was able to print up those stickers for web2.0 expo that quickly!

Super fast DP sticker turnaround was all because of the great guys at Sticker Giant. Startup Schwag doesn’t print with them, but I should disclose that John sent a bunch of free BarCamp San Diego stickers to give out this weekend.
