… hobnob with some awesome peeps in SF!

This past Wednesday night, I went to  for the latest “The Joint” party hosted by the illustrious Kurt Collins,

whose latest venture is Ustrive2, Inc, but has worked with the likes of Clearspring Technologies, and

While I was there, I had the priviledge of meeting Damon Brown,

a talented author who writes about the cultural interconnectedness of sex, technology, music and video games. His most recent work includes a book titled “Porn and Pong” and is also a columnist for Playboy, New York Post and Family Circle, among others. His book definitely has great material for some hot, provocative schwag, that’s for sure!

I also met another friend of Kurt’s, Eben Green,

who makes electric scooters, in conjunction with the Green movement as well as the high cost of gas in our economy. I certainly wouldn’t mind riding around the city on one of those!

Keep in mind that while I was meeting all these terrific people, there was some pretty revolutionary music going on in the background: picture some beats from a guy who calls himself DJ Thunder Monkey collaborating with an old school (60s era) classic rock guitarist jamming and creating this incredible new fusion sound. It was hot!

Long story short, a lot of intersting characters and new ideas came about at this jam session and I can’t wait to see what’s next!
